Sixth Form students begin exploring their future options in the Summer Term of Year 12. Each year the school arranges a visit to a UCAS Convention and time is allocated for writing personal statements, researching courses and filling in applications.
If you are exploring ideas for future career and study options after Sixth Form, the following websites are a good place to start:
UCAS – Advice on the university application process. All Higher Education applications need to go through UCAS.

For parents: http://www.ucas.ac.uk/parents/
National Apprenticeship Service: www.apprenticeships.org.uk
Students who are not applying to University, or who are looking for advice about post Sixth Form options can make an appointment with Ali Bourton (CSWP) who can give advice about job opportunities, FE possibilities, apprenticeships, volunteering and CV writing. Find out more at www.cswp.org.uk
If you want to study a short course or practical courses closer to home, visit the college’s website www.warwickshire.ac.uk for a list of courses or attend a Warwickshire College Open Event.
