Whilst Y12 are unable to physically visit Italy, they were able to explore the cuisine of Italy for a recent pasta practical where they refreshed their skills to produce a dish featuring tagliatelle, ravioli and spaghetti.

We were very excited to try out the new Kitchen Aid Macaroni attachment, which worked well.
