Year 12 Food Science and Nutrition students have completed their mock practical exam.

Students were tasked to produce a 3 course meal for 2 people in 3 hours to include as many high level skills as possible.
Skills included portioning chickens, filleting fish, home made bread, brandy snaps and ice cream to name just a few.

We were delighted with the results and look forward to their real practical exam in March.
